This service will be for young parents aged 16 -21 where the child may be on a Children in Need (CIN) plan, a Child Protection (CP) plan or in court proceedings and the parent requires a high level of support whilst the Social Work Unit carries out an assessment.
This Service is for young parents who have never lived alone with their child and would need support to demonstrate that they could live independently before moving into their own accommodation.
