Worcestershire County Council is looking to commission a service provider to provide specialist practitioners as part of their Worcestershire Family Safeguarding (WFS) Service for a 10-month period from 1st June 2024 to 31st March 2025. There is a possibility of a 12-month extension, subject to funding availability. The following roles are required:• 2 FTE Domestic Abuse Survivor Workers• 2 FTE Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Workers• 2 FTE Substance Misuse Recovery Workers The staff roles will be required to work as part of a small multi-agency team to avoid exculpation of social work intervention and ultimately to reduce risk.
