There will be no guarantee of work or volume of work to be given under this framework.Variant bids not offered.Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) may apply to this opportunity.The Authority proposes to establish a framework agreement across four (4) lots for a fixed period of 48 months.
