The Customer wishes to establish three single Provider Contracts for the provision of Psychological Support and Innovation Services to prevent people reaching crisis and also support those with complex mental health needs and who are experiencing a high level of trauma. The Customer is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”). This Contract is being procured under the open procedure laid down in Regulation 27
