The Council will commission a service to provide:
• Single, county-wide helpline with single phone number for Welfare Benefits advice staffed by Specialist Advisers
• Specialist Advisers providing Welfare Benefits casework county-wide (excluding benefits for children with SEND)
• Available to people living in East Sussex
