As part of our ongoing service transformation, we are seeking a Highways Management Information Suite of Solutions (HMIS) that will modernise and streamline how County Highways operates. The aim is to deliver timely, efficient, and legally compliant processes that support strategic decision-making and contribute to the Council’s broader organisational objectives.
