Vincent Close Project – Roof Renewal and Concrete repairs to four, four storey blocks of Flats.
2.1. The council wishes to appoint a provider to undertake refurbishment, and upgrade works on Vincent Close. This is a development of 4 off low-rise blocks (4 to 5 Storeys) numbered 1-16, 17-33, 34-50 & 51-67. The blocks were constructed circa 1957 with cavity walls, concrete roof, floors and stairs. The works comprise a new roof covering, concrete repairs to roofs, balconies and communal areas. The roof to Block 51-67 houses telecom equipment, which will require relocation to a specialist scaffold during the works.
