Devon and Cornwall Police are conducting pre-market engagement to understand the commercial supply base for Vehicle Recovery Management Service which will offer a one call service to manage the removal of vehicles from the roadside when an officer requires it. Such a service encompasses the provision of a call handling centre and the management of the Vehicle Recovery Operators including adherence to policies, Health & Safety legislation etc and the liaison between the Forces and Recovery Operators.
