**ABANDONED PROCESS**
In accordance with Provider Selection Regime Regulations 2023 15 – Abandonment of a procurement.
The Authority has reconsidered its approach, the existing Contract will continue with it’s original term which expires 31st December 2024, the Authority will assess the options available under the Provider Selection Regime 2023 at this point.
INTENDED APPROACH NOTICE for Tobacco Addiction Treatment Service – Provider
Selection Regime – Most Suitable Provider Process.
This will be published for at least 14 days as per the requirements of the Provider Selection
Regime 2023.
This is to enable providers to approach the Authority and express their interest in being
considered as the ‘most suitable provider’.
