Targeted Impartial Information Advice and Guidance (TIIAG) service which discharges Stoke-on-Trent’s duties set out in the 2008 Act; with specific emphasis on identifying and supporting those Yr12 and Yr 13 young people who are NEET including those who are NEET up to 25 with SEND and care leavers. The Service Provider will be required to make provision for TIIAG through a digital and e-enabled service. The Service Provider will also be expected to collect and record information in accordance with the NCCIS MI Requirement and report this information to the Department for Education monthly.
