This is an opportunity for the Invitation to Tender for Mechanical and Electrical Contract. The
purpose of this contract is to deliver the 2023-2027 electrical and mechanical installations
programme, as identified by the lifetime of assets.
Note that Bidders may submit tenders for both Lots. However, the Authority will award a
place on one Lot only to the successful Bidders.
