South Lanarkshire Council has an ongoing requirement for the Provision of Specialist Cleaning and Clearance Services.
The Contract will cover a range of services as follows:
– Removal of Body Fluids and Tissue
– Clearing contents, cleaning and disinfecting of properties including disposal of contents
– Cleaning and Disinfection of Water Supply Systems
– Garden Clearances and treatment, disposal and recycle waste including Waste Upholstered Seating containing Persistent Organics Pollutants (WUDS/POPs)
The contract is for the period 01 April 2027 – 31 March 2031 with the option to extend for a further period of up to 36 months.
