The Council wish to procure a ‘Block Contract’ arrangement with a single Provider to provide an Ofsted registered residential Service for up to two (2) children utilising the Council’s existing properties for Children and Young People (CYP) aged 11 to 18 with autism (neurodevelopmental conditions) who may also have Learning Disabilities (LD) and challenging behaviours.
