A multi-discipline infrastructure and construction project framework, which will include both design and works. The framework will utilise early contractor involvement (ECI) and multi-stage contracting approach to enable TfL to work collaboratively with the supply chain. Pipeline for the framework includes Elephant Castle Station Capacity Upgrade, South Kensington Station Capacity and Step Free Access projects. It is estimated that the total framework value will be between £500m – £700m.
