Transport for London (TfL) is looking to engage with the market to obtain feedback via a Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) in relation to the provision of Residential Treatment Centres for the Drug and Alcohol Assessment and Treatment Service(DAATS).
The MSQ allows TfL to engage with the market and use the feedback received to inform the development and finalisation of the future procurement strategy. This opportunity also allows providers of services the opportunity to offer suggestions that may tailor the procurement more favourably to the capability and capacity of the market.
