Newry Mourne and Down District Council, requires the Contractor to undertake public realm and site improvement works at the Site as part of the Peace Plus Programme.
The works comprise the construction, installation, alteration, and refurbishment of elements associated with the existing walking trail, car park, football pitch, and associated facilities.
