The project is for the provision of an ICT to deliver RIBA Stage 2 to RABA Stage 7 services, concept design, spatial design, planning submission, statutory approvals, detailed design, Integrated Supply Team (IST) procurement, Tender and contract administration (Subject to council approvals and budget/ break clauses).
