The Dublin Belfast Economic Corridor (DBEC) is seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Partner to co-design and deliver a strategic, regionally focused communications and engagement programme. The appointed agency will work with the DBEC Delivery Team to deliver a strategic marketing and communications programme that enhances visibility, promotes regional strengths, and supports DBEC’s long-term goals. While the contract includes a defined scope of deliverables, DBEC anticipates the need for flexible, responsive support as new opportunities emerge within the scope, scale and spirit of the contract. The appointed Communications and Engagement Partner will deliver an integrated package of communications, marketing, PR, and stakeholder engagement services across the Dublin Belfast Economic Corridor (DBEC).
