Technical Consultancy Framework shall be a multi-lot framework. Works shall be awarded in line Framework Call-Off Procedure.
The framework shall consist of 5 lots covering numerous disciplines:
– Engineering & Technical Analysis,
– Modelling, Simulation & Analytics,
– Strategic Technical Consultancy,
– Technical Assurance, Safety & Quality,
– Market Modelling Design & Economics.
Once established works under the framework shall be awarded via a combination of competitive allocation and direct allocation.
