The Council wishes to procure a contract for the supply of commercial responsive boiler and heating components. This is required so that the Council’s internal service provider, Leeds Building Services (LBS) can repair and maintain boiler and heating components in a variety of locations. This contract will be for a city-wide service covering mainly non-domestic properties of Leeds City Council with some domestic properties.
