Objective
Severn Trent (ST) is seeking to deliver a market-leading, award-winning Annual Report aligned with FTSE 100 best practice. The report should clearly communicate strategy, performance and governance, while meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements.
ST wishes to evolve its reporting approach, with an increased focus on digital-first delivery, innovation and the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, insight and stakeholder engagement.
Scope of Services
The appointed agency must provide a full-service annual reporting solution. This is expected to include, but is not limited to:
– Strategic narrative development and messaging refinement
– Design concept creation and evolution of ST’s reporting style
– Page make-up, typesetting and art working
– Project and stakeholder management across a multi-disciplinary review group
– Integration of financial and non-financial content
– Print production and distribution management
– Digital reporting outputs (e.g. interactive PDF and/or microsite)
– ESEF tagging and regulatory submission support
