Bristol City Council wishes to test the level of market interest in providing a building for a new accommodation offer for homeless single adults. The Rough Sleeping Recovery Centre will provide a short stay, off-the-streets option for people who are rough sleeping, experiencing multiple disadvantages and complex and overlapping support needs. The offer is for short stay accommodation, stabilisation, recovery and sustainable move-on planning with multi-agency input from key providers.
