WWHG requirement under this contract is to appoint a single contractor to install a new roofing system at our Extra Care facility based in Mold.
Due to ongoing water ingress, we are undertaking a project to renew the existing failed single ply roofing system and composite paving surface to the first-floor terrace area (Approx 130sqm). The new installation will consist of Sika Decothane Ultra Warm Roof system with concrete paving pedestal system as per Sika specification or similar equivalent approved.
