NCC have identified a need for additional resource to support roofing repairs in Newcastle City Council housing stock.
The contractor will be expected to work in a number of properties consecutively, ensuring that works are undertaken in accordance with the client specification. An agreed percentage of work will be pre inspected and post inspected.
Completion dates for works will be jointly agreed property by property as the scale and complexity of works vary considerably across the stock
