Echelon Consultancy are seeking views through a series of soft market testing exercises in relation to a forthcoming procurement to deliver three Frameworks that can be utilised separately, but together will cover the full range of Asset Management services delivered by LA, HA’s and RP’s. The three frameworks will be – Repairs and Empty Homes (Maintain), Capital Delivery & Planned Works (Improve) and Compliance Services (Protect).
