NRW is seeking to award a framework agreement to deliver training in regulation, audit and management systems. The requirement builds on current training programmes: ‘How to Regulate’ (HTR) and ‘Auditing for Sustainable Management of Natural Resources’ (SMNR). Additional training needs have been identified in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) performance assessment for environmental regulators.
