North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking to procure the services of a competent and suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out phase one works to the Grade II listed Former Holme Hill School and Master’s House in the East Marsh area of Grimsby. Works include slate roofing, lead works, external soft & hard landscaping, fencing, timber repair works, timber window repairs and glazing upgrades, decorations, insulation, flooring, joinery, mechanical, electrical and security installations.
