North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) is seeking a Provider of Local Authority-specific Treasury Advisory services. As NELC provide a Treasury Management Service to Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) support for that arrangement also forms part of the contract specification.
