This notice is to inform the market that Woven Housing Association Ltd is preparing to commence a procurement process to establish a contract for the provision of Landscaping Services across its housing schemes. The services include grass maintenance; hedge maintenance; leaf, litter and debris clearance; shrub bed maintenance and maintenance of hard surfaces including weed control & pressure jet washing.
Tree surgery works and other landscaping improvement works may be required occasionally and will be ordered separately via individual repair orders.
