TheBritishCouncilwishestosignseveralframeworkagreementstogettheservicesofanauditserviceproviders,theAuditor,toprovideexternalauditorexpenditureverificationservicestoclientdonorfundedprojectswithintheMEAregion.TheBritishCouncilhassignedcontractsandgrantswithvariedclientsdonorswithintheregion.Theorderingprocesswillbedonethroughaminicompetition,andthecriteriamayincludebutnotlimitedtotechnicalexperienceofthecontract,locationexperience,price,deliverytimeline.
