The British Council wishes to sign several framework agreements to get the services of an audit service providers, the Auditor, to provide external auditor expenditure verification services to client donor funded projects within the MEA region. The British Council has signed contracts and grants with varied clients donors within the region. The ordering process will be done through a mini competition, and the criteria may include but not limited to technical experience of the contract, location experience, price, delivery timeline.
