The Sensory Support Service requires the purchase of wireless FM radio aid systems. This assistive listening equipment is for deaf children who are newly medically diagnosed and those requiring upgrades to replace older FM radio aids. The FM radio aid system works in conjunction with hearing aids and helps to alleviate problems caused by distance, background noise and reduce reverberation
