The proposed development scheme consists of the construction of 67 units, comprised of 32 social rented, 16 intermediate rented and 19 shared ownership. It is anticipated the scheme will be split into two construction phases: the first 25 units, with a second phase of 42 units. This will be under a single construction contract with a break clause. This contract will comprise the affordable homes provision of the development, using the JCT Design & Build form of contract.
