This procurement relates to legal services which are listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) as a specific service. This procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime (“LTR”) in accordance with regulations 74 to 77 PCR using a restricted procedure.

The intention is for the Services to include all the construction legal work generated by the TCE Central London portfolio (and other portfolios from time to time).
