United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust require Pharmacy Quality Control Services and Radiopharmacy Quality Control and Quality Assurance Services.
The tender is divided into 3 Lots:
Lot 1 – Pharmacy Quality Control Services
Lot 2 – Radiopharmacy Quality Control Services
Lot 3 – Radiopharmacy Quality Assurance Services.

Bidders may submit bids for any individual Lots or any combination of Lots. If the same bidder wins multiple Lots, one contract will be awarded to cover the services provided.

The contract period is an initial term of 3 years with and option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months.
