OHT
This OHT monitoring pathway will support the reduction of secondary care first and follow-up out-patient appointments for the cohort of patients who are diagnosed as having OHT, i.e. consistently high intra-ocular pressures (IOP) but no glaucoma and no other co-existing ophthalmic pathology (meaning they do not/no longer require secondary care monitoring).
