London Borough of Hounslow is undertaking a strategic review of its Enforcement services which operate in the public realm – including Parking, Environmental and Licensing Enforcement, Waste Services, CCTV Monitoring, and elements of Trading Standards and Regulatory Service.
This work forms part of the Council’s broader strategic objectives to modernise public service delivery, improve customer outcomes, support environmental goals, and achieve best value.
The Council seeks to engage with the market to assess the range of delivery options and potential to work in partnership with third-party suppliers to deliver innovative, future-proof, effective services that deliver best value for residents.
