The Council intends to install access controls systems to the doors of 13 public toilets owned, operated and maintained by the Council. The intention behind any changes would be to update and modernise existing access controls entry, by fitting timed access system for each public toilet so that there is an option to automatically lock and unlock at specific hours is available.
