Reclaim Fund Ltd (RFL) is preparing to undertake a procurement exercise to appoint a provider of a Fully Managed HR System including; HR management and advice (with experience in both Public and Private Sector), Payroll Services and HR Services to ensure that RFL can operate effectively and compliantly.
The provider will need to work closely and collaborate with RFL’s HR Business Partner and ideally have Public Sector experience as RFL is an Arms-Length Body, owned by HM Treasury.
