The City of London Police’s internal department (Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit) PIPCU are looking to procure a provider to creative and manage an initiative designed portal to disrupt and prevent websites from providing unauthorised access to copyrighted content, led by the Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU) in partnership with the creative and advertising industries. Website referrals are made to a Infringing Website list (IWL) portal.
