This Framework is established to provide Participating Authorities with a compliant, flexible and high-quality route to procure licensed Nicotine Replacement Therapy (“NRT”), reusable vaping devices, vaping consumables and associated smoking cessation products for tobacco dependency treatment, smoking cessation programmes and wider public health initiatives.
