To comply with current statutory fire regulations / codes and recommended fire protection measures. Works will include replacement fire doors and fire protection to means of escape, the provision of related signage, sundry repairs and upgrading works including fire detection and alarm systems to provide ongoing safety and protection of residents.

The contract is for the London Borough of Sutton (LBS), managed by Sutton Housing Partnership on the London borough of Sutton’s behalf. Sutton Housing Partnership is an ALMO that manages the Council’s housing stock.
