Medway Develpoment Company on behalf of Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional works contractor to undertake the redevelopment of the former office block, Mountbatten house along with a side extension, car parking and landscaping works. In total 164 flats will be built as part of this project.
The contract is anticipated to commence September 2024 for a 2 year period
