The Liverpool City Region Transport Model (LCRTM) is a multi-modal, strategic-level, transport model spanning the entire Liverpool City Region. It is currently based on pre-Covid travel data, with a base year of 2019. The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) wish to appoint a consultant to update LCRTM to represent current travel patterns and enhance the public transport elements of the model.
