Homes England are looking to secure a developer partner to facilitate the delivery of a planning permission for a new local centre. The developer will then be expected to delivery the local centre development, to include a health centre alongside other uses.
This procurement will be conducted as a two stage procurement process. The top 3 scoring bidders will be invited to the ITT stage.
