London Borough of Harrow (the Council) is seeking to appoint one or more providers to enter into contract(s) for provision of the maintenance and improvement of the publicly maintained highways and civil infrastructure within the region.
The main services to be provided are:
Highways improvements (including capital schemes)
Highways maintenance (including road and bridges)
Highways winter maintenance
Street lighting improvements
The council is aiming to publish this opportunity in August 2024
