Southwark Council is preparing to procure a suite of contracts for the delivery of repairs, maintenance, and investment upgrades across our heat networks and associated systems. This includes works to:
Individual and District (Communal) Heating Systems
Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS)
Contract Cold Water Services (CWS)
Temporary Boiler Installations
We intend to appoint multiple contractors to cover both the northern and southern regions of the borough, fostering collaboration in support of our commitments to resident wellbeing, climate action, and social value.
The proposed contract term is 5 years, with optional extensions of +3 and +2 years.
