Stoke-on-Trent City Council’s Repairs & Maintenance Services (RMS) are looking to appoint a single contractor to demolish and rebuild a single storey extension to a property within the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent.
The works will be awarded based on price only.
The anticipated start date is 28/05/2026 & the duration is 11 weeks.
