This Direct Award is to extend the current Hard FM Services contract for 12 months to maintain statutory, planned preventative, reactive and remedial maintenance cover across TRH, sbarc|spark, ABACWS, CSL and JOMEC while the replacement procurement is completed. The requirement covers over 48,000 m² of teaching, research, innovation and student-facing space, including specialist TRH cleanroom, gas, abatement, hazardous operational zone and critical engineering systems.
