Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking to establish a Framework for the supply of a cost-effective and dependable source of asphalt to support in-house reactive highway defect repairs.
The material must be of satisfactory quality to achieve a more durable repair, thus reducing disruption to highways users.
It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will commence in September 2024.
